Camp fees, discounts, and registration info:
2 sessions available in 2017:
1st session: July 30 to Aug. 5
2nd session: Aug. 6 to Aug. 12
Individual Rate: $425
Group Rate (2 to 4 members of your team): $395
Team Rate (5 or more members of your team): $345
$100 deposit is required to hold your spot in camp. The deposit is fully refundable up until one month prior to camp.
Camp Fees Include: Three nutritious meals a day from Twins Ranch Catering, professional training and coaching, a beautiful camping experience, character development, leadership skills, camp t-shirt, Sasquatch Games, the Ultimook Challenge (graduation day), among unlimited other positive and confidence building experiences.
Coaches can attend for free with 5 or more registered runners. Coaches will be expected to be involved in all camp activities and may be assigned some duties around camp.
We are limiting enrollment this year to 150 athletes per session, so sign up early to ensure availability. Registration is on a first come basis. Payment is by check or credit card (all accepted). If you pay be credit card, the name on your bank statement will show “Oregon Coastal Flowers.” This is my main business and allows us to charge credit cards. Cancellation Policy: The deposit of $100 is refundable up until one month prior to camp. If a camper must leave the camp for medical reasons, a pro-rated amount will be returned. No refund will be given for a camper who is asked to leave because of behavioral problems.
