2nd session:  Ultimook Running Camp Coed Week 1, July 26 to Aug. 1

Registration Process:

The Ultimook Running Camp is using as its online registration system. is a leading electronic health record system for camps, improving the health and safety of our running camp. allows families to register their campers and pay deposits and tuition by credit card or electronic checks online. All transactions will appear on credit card and bank statements from DocNetwork LLC (Ann Arbor, MI).

Options for payment during registration:

  1. Pay $100 deposit and pay balance via check or cash at camp check-in.
  2. Pay $100 deposit and pay balance of camp any time prior to camp via credit card or electronic checks (deadline is five days prior to camp).
  3. Pay $100 deposit and set up a payment plan for the remaining balance.
  4. Make full payment at registration.

$100 deposit is required to hold your spot in camp. The deposit is fully refundable up until one month prior to camp.

Camp Fees Include: Three nutritious meals a day from Twins Ranch Catering, professional training and coaching, a beautiful camping experience, character development, leadership skills, camp t-shirt, Sasquatch Games, the Ultimook Challenge (graduation day), among unlimited other positive and confidence building experiences.

Coaches can attend for free with 5 or more registered runners.  Coaches will be expected to be involved in all camp activities and may be assigned some duties around camp.  Additional coaches/family members cost $150 each to cover food and other direct costs.

We are limiting enrollment this year to 150 athletes per session, so sign up early to ensure availability.  Registration is on a first come basis. Payment is by check or credit card (all accepted).  If you pay by credit card, the name on your bank statement will show DocNetwork LLC (Ann Arbor, MI).   If you pay by check please make check payable to The Ultimook Running Camp.  Submit offline registration forms to:

To register offline, download registration form and medical history form (both are required).  We recommend registering online as it gives us more complete information.  

Cancellation Policy:  The deposit of $100 is refundable up until one month prior to camp.  If a camper must leave the camp for medical reasons, a pro-rated amount will be returned.  No refund will be given for a camper who is asked to leave because of behavioral problems.

OSAA Moratorium Week.  First session of the Ultimook Running Camp is during OSAA no-contact week (July 26 to Aug. 1).  If a coach is to attend camp with one or more of his/her athletes, it is important that they designate with their athletic director their moratorium week, either the week prior or week later.  The AD of the respective school will need to e-mail the OSAA to shift moratorium week.  Please contact for details and contact details at the OSAA.  It is an easy process and simple, but necessary for OR athletes who attend with their coaches during session one.
