Offline instructions:  Please accompany Registration Form with Medical Release Form and $100 deposit to secure your place in camp and mail to:

Credit cards are accepted. Balance is due at check-in. We are limiting enrollment to 150 athletes per session this year and entry into camp is on a first come basis.

Cancellation Policy:  The $100 deposit is refundable up until one month prior to camp.  If a camper must leave the camp for medical reasons, a pro-rated amount will be returned.  No refund will be given for a camper who is asked to leave because of behavioral problems.
